About the Consulting Editor

Brian Hayes QC, of Murray Chambers in Adelaide, is a practising member of the senior Bar in all States of Australia. Brian has advised federal, State and local governments and other organisations extensively on planning and environmental matters. Brian has advised all levels of government on the drafting of planning and environmental legislation and specialist courts, including the SA Government in relation to the drafting of the Development Act 1993 and the establishment of the Environment, Resources and Development Court.
